Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Aura OS, a software service for sports academies, venues and related organisations. Aura OS includes optional integrations with third-party providers.
Authorised use
Users must only access organisations, locations, provider accounts and business assets they are authorised to administer. Users must keep credentials secure and must not use Aura OS for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or unauthorised activity.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the information they provide to Aura OS, their communications with their customers and participants, obtaining required permissions or consent, and complying with laws and provider rules applicable to their use.
Third-party providers
Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other connected services are independent third parties. Their availability, reviews, permissions, limits and terms may affect Aura OS features. Customers must comply with the applicable provider terms and policies for connected services.
Connected accounts
Provider connections are initiated by authorised administrators. Aura OS may request only the permissions needed for an enabled feature and may require re-authorisation if permissions, provider rules or tokens change.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information and provider-authorised data is described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnection and deletion procedures are described on the Data Deletion page.
Security
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain another organisation's data, probe the service without authorisation or expose provider credentials. Responsible security reports are welcome through our Security page.
Service changes
Aura OS may change, suspend or discontinue features where necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes or product development. Provider-dependent features may be unavailable if the provider changes or withdraws access.
Accounts and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risks, misuse, unlawful activity, material policy violations or where required by a provider or law. Customers may request account closure and data deletion subject to legitimate retention requirements.
Disclaimers
Aura OS is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that third-party providers will approve, maintain or continuously provide any integration or permission.
